To the Elias family,

There is a special place in heaven for Lou. His kindness, soft spoken voice and wit cannot be duplicated. Deb, Ellen and Butch I am very sorry for your loss.

When I was visiting Wheeling and taking my walk I always tried to stop and say “hello” to Mr. Elias. He never forgot the time I picked him up when the car broke down. There were numerous thanks over the next 20 years. Please know your family is in my prayers. Shelley
