Dan: I couldn’t believe it when my mom called to tell me that Lois had passed. I had told mom that I received a Christmas card from Lois last week – it was the first one of the year. She asked if I was coming home for xmas. I was going to stop by when I came home. She was such a character. I don’t know how my wedding would have turned out

without her. Always remember that she touched everyone she met. I am so sorry.

Dear Dan

I was so sorry to hear about Lois. I worked with her at Amherst Hospital. In fact she was my secret sister for many years. I thought of her every Christmas when I would hang the beautiful Christmas ornament she gave me. She also did the beautilful flowers for my daughters wedding. My prayers are with you.
