After moving to Chesapeake, Virginia she became a business owner in the community and opened Hillwell Nursery. Above all Linda loved caring for and supporting others whether it be tending to her husband, raising two sets of girls, cooking a huge family dinner, or coaching a team she always showed immeasurable love and support to others. Through her contagious smile and laughter she won the hearts of many, who even now are being changed by the constant nurturing love and faith she has shown them over the years. Her signature gift of bringing joy into the lives of others will never be forgotten.
She is survived by her husband of fifty years Charles Wright, III; her daughter Ginny Wright Johnson; her five grandchildren Crystal Wright Vaughn, Brooke Wright, Jack Johnson, Kenny Harvey, and Rachel Cain; her sister Ginger Carnes McAlpine; her brother-in-law Robert A.
