Lillian Edith Roy Ellis, 73, Of Virginia Beach went to be with the Lord on April 4, 2002.
Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts to the late Joseph and Angelina Roy, she was a retired real estate broker and agent for Goodman, Segar, Hogan. She was a member of the Catholic Church of the Ascension.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Capt. Frederick R. Ellis, USN Ret.; three children, Judith A. Zelasko of Virginia Beach, Susan P. Ellis of New Bern, North Carolina and Christopher R. Ellis of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren, Donald W. Zelasko and Dianne M. Zelasko; one great-granddaughter, Kierra J. Zelasko; two sisters, Claire B. Davis and Theresa A. Sansoucie.
Being a navy family, Lillian and Fred had a passion for travel and foreign cultures
