Lawrence Snyder

Lawrence Snyder, 87, of RD 1, Moundsville died March 13, 2002 in Wheeling, WV. He was a retired employee with the former Allied Chemical Plant in Moundsville; a member of the Limestone Presbyterian Church and the Marshall County Farm Bureau. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Lenore Allen Snyder in 1992; three brothers and a sister. Surviving are three sons, Donald B., David L. Marilyn Snyder and Harry B. Elizabeth Snyder; two daughters, Mrs. B.L. Janet K. Allen and Mrs. Phil Karen S. Hess, 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, all of Moundsville. Friends recieved Friday 2-4 and 7-9 at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, WV 26041 where services will be held Saturday at 11:00 am. Interment in the LImestone Cemetery, Limestone, WV.
