Lance McKinley Ott, 58, died on January 7, 2003.
Lance loved traveling with his wife, was an accomplished pilot and a computer wiz. He earned his A & P mechanic by self-study, he earned his private pilot instructor, commercial IFR and twin engine at the Navy Flying Club. He loved his children and grandchildren greatly. He served his country well for four years in the U.S. Coast Guard. A very methodical guy-he could fix anything. His bear hugs, his smiles and his presence will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Ott; three children, Lindsay Stapleton, Kelly Ott and Paul Ott; two grandchildren, Skylar and Gracie; sister Donna K. Eason; step-father, Wilhelm J. Kristiansen. He was predeceased by his father, Charles Ott and his mother, Ann Kristiansen.
