Lana J. Purtiman, 68, of Lafferty, OH died Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Liza’s Place of Valley Hospice.
She was born September 6, 1946 a daughter of the late John and Frances Beal Thomas.
She was a former Licensed Practical Nurse and Catholic by faith. She enjoyed traveling, computer games and crossword puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Audrey Bucco.
Surviving are her two children Ray Purtiman Jr. of Lafferty, and Carol Mark Davolio of St.Clairsville, her brother John Thomas , Lafferty, and two sisters Delores Bud Tracey, Bridgeport, OH and Darlene Podgorski, Olmstead Falls, OH, several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 9:00 am until the time of Lana’s memorial service at 10:30 am Tuesday at the Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory St.Clairsville, OH with Fr. Thomas Chillog officiating.
Private interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lafferty.
