Kenneth William DeMuth, Jr., 68, of Wheeling, WV, died Monday, April 20, 2015 in Columbus, OH.
He was born July 11, 1946 in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Kenneth and Juline Moses DeMuth, Sr.
Kenneth was retired from Sheet Metal Local #33, was a member of the Cave Club, the Wheeling Island Community Association, served in the Navy during the Vietnam War and was a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church.
In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas DeMuth.
Surviving is his loving wife, Sandra Hodor DeMuth, four children; Thomas DeMuth of Moundsville, WV, Christopher DeMuth and his wife Lori of Wheeling, Jennifer Imer and her husband Kenneth of Wheeling, Natalie DeMuth and her fiance Paul Mulvey, Jr., of Wheeling, 2 sisters; Judith Dierkes of Wheeling, Constance Terretti and her husband Tim of Columbus, OH, and his dearly loved grandchildren; Jordan and Hannah DeMuth, Ava, Eden and Rosella DeMuth, Shelby, Chloe and Sofia Imer, and his beloved dog, Roscoe.
Friends and family will be received on Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 12:00pm until 8:00pm at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff St, Wheeling, where a vigil service will be held at 7:00pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, 2216 Eoff St., Wheeling, with Msgr. Bakhos Chidiac as celebrant.
Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling, with full military honors from the Moundsville Honor Guard.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Lebanon Church or to Rev. Dr. Darrell Cummings, 330 Main St. Wheeling, WV 26003.
