Kenneth J. Niles, 54, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Kenny was a life-long resident of Norfolk. He enjoyed the beach, karaoke, and having fun. He graduated from Granby HS in 1976. He served our country in the U.S. Army and Reserves. He worked for Bauer Compressors for over 20 years. He was a University of Virginia sports fan. Kenny aspired to settle down and raise a family, but never found the right woman. Survivors include his brother, Chuck Niles; two sisters, Carol Banwell, Kathy Grogg; his stepmother, Norma Niles; stepbrother William Shaw; and stepsister Mary Lynn Baeseman. Arrangements for a private memorial service are pending. Condolences can be made at altmeyer.com.
I am sorry to hear about your loss. I pray that you will look to God for strength during this time of sorrow.
I worked direct with Kenny in the Parts Department at Bauer Compressors and would not have the knowledge of our systems today if it were not for Kenny. The world lost a very kind person. I am truly sorry for your loss.
Best Regards,
Joseph P. Lyons
Regional Sales Specialist.
