As one of the members of the Big Flea Market family, I saw Keith on a regular basis. I cannot remember a time that he did not have a smile on his face, a joke up his sleeve, and a new treasure that he would share. He will be remembered and missed.
I have known Keith for many years from antique shows and back to the days of the shop in Norfolk. He was always so pleasant and fun, with such a great smile and a very kind heart. How he loved his Bessie! My thoughts are with all who loved him; he will be greatly missed.
I heard the news today and wanted to send my condolences to Keith’s friends and family. I’ve known him, peripherally, and the way antique dealers often do….from auctions, or shows, at other events. He was always quick to smile, offer advice, and make others laugh if he could. He’ll be missed by many people I’m sure.
I will miss you and I will never forget you. You will be missed by everyone who ever knew you.
Johnny, I’m so terribly sorry for your loss. The mall will not be as friendly a place without Keith in it. Hugs to the girls and you.
Johnny, My heart and prayers are with you. Keith was truly one of my favorite dealers. His passion for the business and his treasures was a joy. He will be dearly missed.
Keith always had a friendly pleasant way about him. I always enjoyed his visits. He will be genuinely missed. Ed & Lindsey
Keith was a joy and a wonderful light in this world with just the right witty thing to say. Our thoughs are with you at this darker time in life but know that his light will live on forever in our hearts and minds. He will be greatly missed. Love W.R. & Russell
Keith will be missed so much. Our prayers for “strength” for all those who loved him.
He called us “the book boys” or sometimes just “the boys.” How wonderful at our age to have someone see past the gray and view us as youthful. Yes, I know he could have been being sarcastic.. but he wasn’t.. I don’t think.. no, he wasn’t.
Perhaps, though, he was viewing us through aged-eyes that would never see old-age.
He hated having his picture taken but Perry managed anyway, despite Keith’s trying to ignore the camera. Now when our memories become fuzzy okay, fuzzier we’ll look at the pics and happily remember Keith in our “antiques/collectibles” family.
My heartfelt condolences to Johnny and the Bouffard family. I am thankful for the wonderful times we shared with Keith. He brought us such joy just by entering a room.
My sincere and deepest sympathy for you all. Johnny, I can not tell you how sorry I am for you. In this time of grief, please try and remember the happy times together.
Our deepest sympathy on the loss of Keith. Your family is in our prayers. May your find comfort in your fond memories.
Sending you our sincerest condolences. The Big Flea family is such a fun and loving one. Sending all of those who love Keith strength and prayers. Keep your great memories of him alive.
