Katherine E. Jones

JONES, Katherine E. Diehl, 89, of Wheeling, WV, died Wednesday, December 3, 2008 in Peterson Hospital.
She was born May 25, 1919 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Frank A. and Doral Lee Overbaugh Jones.
Katherine was a member of the Thomson United Methodist Church, Wheeling, a former employee of the Capital Music Hall and WWVA Radio.
In the 1970’s, she was on WWVA with Buddy Ray.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William D. Jones, one son, Charles A. Jones.
Surviving is her son, Frank W. Jones and his wife Rose of Gresham, WI;
three grandchildren, Mark Theresa, Kirk, Troy Bonnie; five great grandchildren, Alexander, Kalisa, Gabrielle, Douglas and Connor, all of Wisconsin.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Interment in Linwood Cemetery, Blain, OH.
