Julia Nozica, 94 of Powhatan Point, Ohio died Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Shadyside Care Center in Shadyside, Ohio. She was born December 30, 1920 a daughter of the late Peter Radonovich and Sophia Marcikic Radonovich in Glen Robbins, Ohio. She was a homemaker, member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and was a “Rosie” during WWII. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Nozica, a son Thomas Nozica, a sister Vera Ivkovich, and a brother Mike Radonovich. She is survived by a sister, Millie McCulloch of Penngrove, CA, a daughter-in-law Nancy Nozica of Charleston, WV, three grandchildren, Annie Nozica-Cashman and her husband Chris, Jody Wilkinson and her husband, Mike, and JT Nozica, and two great grand children Krisanna Lei Nozica and Iris Joy Cashman and many nieces, nephews and cousins . In accordance with her wishes, no formal viewing will be held. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 11am in Powhatan Cemetery, with Rev Lorna Knight officiating.
