I hadn’t seen her in a long while, but there are fond memories of our days in Hil-Dar living next door to each other. God Bless You, Judy, and give your family comfort and “go on girl through those pearly gates, you deserve to be there”. Carol

Eugene and Family,

I worked with Judy at JFS for 8 years. She was respected and will be missed by all. My sister was taken 2 yrs. ago and Judy was there for me. I want to share this poem that was shared with me when my sister passed away. My God be you now more than ever.

I have memories in my pocket.

They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole

They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, itâÄôs the memories of you that are the most precious.

I will really miss Judy. She and I were buddies because we share the same date of birth and we worked together at BCDJFS. We always exchanged gifts. I will miss that. I have several of the gifts she gave me over the years and will think of her when I look at them. She was so young. I just hate that this happened to her. My condolences to Eugene and all of the family.

I worked with Judy for 20 years at BCDJFS. She was much more than a co-worker; I considered her my friend.

I worked with Judy for 24 years. She was very much liked among her peers and I will always remember her as being down to earth, honest and never afraid to speak her mind. She always made me laugh and we enjoyed sharing stories about our grandkids. She spoke so fondly of Janelle and her eyes would light up everytime I would ask about her. Memories of Judy still remain in the halls at JFS. Judy was very unique and I miss her very much. I was truly blessed to have known her…..she may not be with us here on earth, however, my memories of her will always be very special to me. Cheers to you Judy until we meet again!

JUDY WAS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE MOST HONEST AND OUTSPOKEN PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. SHE WAS MY “VETERAN BUDDY” WHEN I FIRST STARTED WORKING AT JFS. SHE SCARED THE HELL OUT OF ME BUT I GREW TO RESPECT HER BIG MOUTH AND HEART. SHE LOVED HER FAMILY VERY MUCH AND WAS PROUD OF HER GRANDCHILDREN. I AM SORRY THAT CAMERON WILL NOT KNOW HER. I WAS HONERED TO BE CONSIDERED HER FRIEND AND ALREADY MISS HER VERY MUCH.

Judy will be sadly missed. She was one of the smartest women I have ever met. I am sure wherever she is… she is telling “whomever” how it will be done from now on. I love you Judy and I send my deepest condelences to Gino, Ezan, Julia, Jenell and the rest of the family.

Unit #89 will not be the same without you… but I promise, we will make you proud!

To Judy’s family: I worked with Judy at DJFS and she was one of my favorite friends. Judy was fair to all and was the one to go to if you wanted a straight answer. She gave of herself, didn’t put up with crap, and certainly was not afraid of hard work! Her family was precious to her. God love you, Judy. You are missed already. Rita Gibbons
