Josephine Economou

Chesapeake – Josephine Economou, age 73, of 408 Butterfly Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia passed from our world into God’s arms on Monday, the 10th day of August 2009. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Rocco and Bridgette Cinelli.

Josephine’s love for family and friends was an inspiration. She enjoyed cooking, babysitting her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, bingo, and being with her friends and family. She particularly loved her summers at the family summer residence in Old Lyme, Connecticut and later in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

A special thank you is extended to her numerous caregivers.

Angelo and Family,

I just found out today of Josephine’s passing and am so sorry I could not attend her service. She will always be remembered as a beautiful lady who absolutely adored her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. There is no better legacy than to be the World’s Best MOM and Josephine certainly fit that honor. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you process your loss and cherish your memories.
