Cousin Josephine led a wonderfully full and blessed life. She always had the time to talk when I called and never truly complained. God bless her and God bless all of you.

I only came to know Josephine in more recent years, but she was surely a sweet woman. She told me that she and my Sittoo Rita John were the best of friends I liked hearing stories about her because she died when I was only 1 year old and never got to know her. We enjoyed talking about our Lebanese heritage and the church too. I’m sad to hear of her passing, but I know that she led a long, seemingly healthy and happy life–what more could you ask for! She certainly left an impression on me in the short time that I knew her, and I’m sure many can say the same…She will be in my prayers.

Mrs. Joseph was such a beautiful, beautiful person – inside and out. One of the sweetest and most wonderful ladies I’ve every met. We all loved her very much. She was a close friend of our family for my entire life. She will be missed very much by all of us who loved her!

I remember her asking me about my family and children every time I saw her, and her waving to us as we rode past her home when she was on her porch.

Our condolences go out to the family. I lived across the street from Mrs. Joseph from 1986 until we moved to South Carolina in November 2009. You couldn’t ask for a sweeter neighbor.I loved to see her get dressed up and what a fashion plate she was and wait on her porch for her ride. I used to kid her that she had more of a social life than me.

She will be missed.
