Joseph E. Raab

Raab, Joseph E. 70, of West Alexaander, PA, formerly of Wheeling, died Tuesday April 2, 2002, in Washington Generral Hospital, Washington, PA. He was born April 18, 1931, in Wheeling, WV, son of the late Francis and Marguirite O’Hara Raab. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. In adddition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Marguirite Raab and Clara Mae Raab. Surviving are a sister, Kathy Belkins of San Luis Obispo, Ca; an uncle, Edward Bud O’Hara and his wife Rose of Wheeling; and two nephews, Herman Belkins and Francis Belkins of Middleton, PA. Friends received fron 2-4 and 6-8 Friday at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 154 Kruger St, Wheeling where vigil services will be held at 7:30pm Friday. Funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 10am Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Elm Grove, Wheeling, with the Rev. H. Joseph Wilhelm, S.M. as celebrant.
