John L. Kolibash

KOLIBASH, John L., 51, of Wheeling, WV, died Saturday, October 2, 2004.
He was a case manager for Northwood Health Systems, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and a protestant by faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Kolibash and June Kolibash Hans.
