I have many fond memories of “Gramps” having lived across the street from he and “Granny” for a few years. I loved it when they would dance in their living room. He is now with his beloved Annie Laurie and son. May God bless his family and give them strength during this time.

I was saddened to learn of “Gramps” passing. He and his wife Annie Laurie were very special to my mother, sister and me. They were such lovely people and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. God Bless.

I’m so very sorry to learn of Mr. Fitzgerald’s death. I will miss his warm brown eyes and quick smile. Every Easter of my childhood, Mr. Fitzgerald would select a rose for all of us Feltons to wear to church. I often stopped by their house to help Miss Annie Laurie dust her salt and pepper shaker collection. They were both loving presences in my life for which I feel great gratitude. My sincere condolences to the family.

Kindness, gentleness, and love always twinkled in Mr. Fitzgerald’s eyes. Can you imagine growing up in his neighborhood? I was blessed.
