Jean S. Cross, 86, passed away peacefully November 24, 2011. She is survived by her two daughters Rebecca Best and Linda Bailey and one son H.A. Cross Jr.
She also has three loving grandchildren and nine great grand-children.
A graveside service will be held Saturday 10a.m. December 3, 2011 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens 6309 E Virginia Beach Boulevard Norfolk, VA.
She will be dearly missed by family and friends.

I will always cherish my memories with mom. When we were growing up we had a small dog who would howl everytime mom hit a high note signing! Her love was of music & when she sang in the choir her voice could be heard over anyone elses.I will certainly miss my mother, my best friend. I love you always mommy!!
