James M. JANETSKI

JANETSKI, James M., 62, of Wheeling, died Monday, May, 2002, in Wheeling Hospital. He was born May 21, 1939, in Wheeling, WV, son of the late Edward J. and Mildred Visnic Janetski. He was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Wheeling, an employee of Wheeling Downs Race Track and Gaming Center and an Army veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Martha Jean Janetski. Surviving are three daughters, Martha Jean Janetski of Concord, CA, Jodi L. Lucey of Pittsburgh, PA, and J. Michelle Bryant and her husband, Scott, of Plain City, OH; a brother, George Sonny Janetski and his wife, Linda, of Glen Dale; a sister, Barbara Janetski of Wheeling; two grandchildren, Jordan and Taylor Lucey, both of Pittsburgh; three nephews, Eric and Jeff Janetski, both of Pittsburgh, and Brian Janetski of Hilliard, OH; a great-nephew, Jackson Edward Janetski of Hilliard. Friends received 4-7 p.m. Thursday at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff St., Wheeling, Funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, with the Rev. Patrick Condron as celebrant. Interment in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Alphonsus Youth Center, 2115 Market St., Wheeling, WV 26003
