Dearest Shelley. I’m saddened to hear of your dad’s passing. Memories of him, and your immediate family come quickly to my mind. Please accept my condolences for you, and for your family. I would love to hear from you. I have especially fond memories of your beloved Mom, and my dear, dear friend, Karen. “Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in Heaven, where the light of our loved ones shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.” Please accept my heartfelt sympathy. I am thinking about Jim’s family and sending my heartfelt condolences. I remember Jim’s poems and his good outlook on life. When I would see Jim at our high school get-togethers, he would always make me laugh with his wonderful sense of humor. Jim will be missed. Take care and know that others are thinking about and caring about you at this difficult time. Jim was an outstanding person, and I am glad that I was fortunate to have Jim as a part of my life. Blessings to each of you.
