Jacqueline “Jackie” Greathouse Hickman, 72 of Wellsville, died at UPMC in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania on January 28, 2015. Jackie was born on September 6, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio a daughter of the late James “Bud” and Maude Creamer Great house.
Jackie is most remembered as a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother. Having lived her entire life in the area she was worked at Southern Local Schools as a custodian and cook for 25 years, she was a member of the Salineville American Legion, Wellsville VFW, The Wellsville Eagles 772 where she worked as a bartender at one time, She is survived by three sons: Donald Hickman Jr. of Wellsville, Kevin Hickman and his wife Leslie of Wellsville, and James Hickman and his wife Kelsi of Calcutta; three daughters: Michele Brown of Boardman, Melissa Dangelo of Poland, OH and Jenee Pajak of Jupiter FL; and three brothers: Michael Greathouse and his wife Monica of LaGrange GA, Keith Greathouse and his wife Theresa of East Liverpool, and Randy Greathouse and his wife Barb also of GA; eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents Jackie was preceded in death by Donald Hickman whom she was married to for 32 years, a grandson: Lance Dangelo; and two brothers: Ronnie and Allen Greathouse.
Services will be held at the Wellsville Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Saturday January 31, 2015 at 2PM, with Pastor Robert Minor of Madison Trinity Church of West Point officiating
Family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Friday January 30, 2015 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm
