I am so sorry to read of the passing of “Nanny Sharon”. My daughter, Nikki, attended Rocker Room as a baby – and the love and care given her by Sharon will always be remembered. Sharon’s kind, loving and unassuming character endeared her to everyone. Our family will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers.
I was very saddened to hear of my Aunt “Bunnies” loss, I remember her fondly as a child growing up in the 1970’s – 80’s. I last saw her in 2004 during a trip to Nags Head. She still looked the way I had remembered her…

Nanny,
You taught me a lot of life lessons that i will forever be grateful for, and you also made the best macaroni and cheese i have ever tasted. I miss you so much already, but i know you are in a better place now. I know why God wanted you now because you were truly an angel on earth. I love you Nanny!

To The Allen Family:
I wish to express my condolence for the loss of your dear love one. Words cannot express the grief and pain that you feel. However, please find comfort in God’s promise found in the Bible at John chapter 5, verses 28&29. It reads: “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life.”
You are in my prayers.
We know through stories from Tim and Val what a loving Mother and wonderful person Bunny was…though the loss is great may her lessons and love continue on through the acts and deeds of her children and grandchildren and the many others who were blessed to have been touched by her when she walked among us…wishing you all peaceful days as you work through the pain and sorrow to find comfort in grand memories of a great life and the love and joy you shared…
