Dear Jenkins Family,

It has been years since I’ve seen your dad but I can tell you that he left a life long impression on me! Throughout my younger years I always thought what a strong, amazing family man he was. I loved sitting in the den listening to him talk to me and Suzanne and making us laugh. He always cared so much for his family and gave them his time, attention, help, wisdom, strong conviction and love. I admired his faith in God and thought how lucky to have a dad like that…it saddens me so to hear he has passed but have no doubt he will be right there waiting for his loved ones to join him one day. I’m proud to have known him and honoured to look back and see that he lived a wonderful example of a loving father and husband to his family. One that we can all only hope to aspire too. My prayers and condolences go out to his family, friends and those he inspired! Linda Estes Cahoon

He was also a great fisherman. He taught me the finesse of flounder fishing which is an art form in itself. He was always patient with with me. I will always remember him for that. Love you Uncle Hugh. Wish you great fishing and golden skies.

Mr. Jenkins will surely be missed by the staff of Dr. Sue Beth Hudson, he always had a kind word to say even when he wasn’t feeling good; and he always told us to do what he wouldn’t do and that was to misbehave at times.

My dearest father, you taught me to be strong in my conviction, honorable in my actions and dedicated to my family. As a youth, you helped me enough for a good start then gave me room to learn . You led by example the importance of a devoted marriage and a strong family. I have been blessed to have you in my life. I love and miss you. David Earl

To Suzanne Brzezowski and the entire Jenkins Family:I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Jenkins years ago and I always admired the caring he gave to Mrs. Jenkins and to his children. May you all be comforted by the Peace of God during your time of need. God promises that He will never leave you nor forsake you.

With love, Margarita
