GRIMM, Howard E., 62, of Cameron, WV, died Friday, Dec. 6, 2002, in Wheeling Hospital. He was born May 28, 1940 in Toronto, Ohio, son of the late Howard A. and Ethel M. Huggins Grimm. He was employed at Cerro Metal Products Co., Brave, Pa. as an electrician, and was formerly employed at Triangle P.W.C., Glen Dale for 38 years. He was a Protestant by faith; a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post 437, Moundsville; and a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving in the Vietnam War from 1961 to 1966. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two aunts, Velma Lilly and Anna Belle Lyons; and two uncles, Leroy "Ike" Huggins and Harry "Dutch" Huggins. Surviving are his loving wife of 38 years, Joyce E. Grimm, whom he married June 27, 1964 in Charleston, S.C.; two children, Howard Grimm Jr. of New Kensington, Pa. and Renee Ebert and her husband, Benjamin Jr., of Cameron; two sisters, Marjorie Fitch and her husband, James, of Cortland, Ohio and Janice Carnes and her husband, Doug, of Tarpon Springs, Fla. He is also survived by the love of his life, his granddaughter, Alyssa Ebert of cameron; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 5-9 p.m. on Sunday and from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2002, with Brother Paul Smith officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Moundsville V.F.W. Post 437 Honor Guard, Moundsville.
