Heleh Kinchy Stefani, 92, of North Market Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio, died Sunday, December 14, 2008 at Trinity East, Hospital, Steubenville, Ohio.
She was born March 30, 1917 at Cherry Valley, PA., a daughter of the late Adam B. and Martha Toth Kinchy.
Helen was a former private home nurse for the St. Clairsville area.
She was a member of the Thoburn United Methodist Church, St. Clairsville and the AARP.
In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Victor C. Stefani, her brothers; Henry, Julius and Louis Kinchy; her sisters; Margaret Kinchy Ethel Paluga and Violet Michaels.
Surviving are her children; Jack L. Stefani and Judith M.
Michael Maroney of St. Clairsville, her brother, William Bernice Kinchy Cleveland, Ohio, her grandchildren; Matthew Lindy Maroney and Erin Greg Malik, St. Clairsville, Ohio and her great-grandchildren; Bo and Brady Olexo and Riley and Reese Maroney.
Friends will be received from 6-8 Tuesday at the Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Home & Crematory, 204 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950, where services will be held Wednesday at 11 AM with Rev. Dr. Bradley G. Call officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Thoburn United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of my neighbor, Helen. She was such a friendly and nice person. I always enjoyed talking with her. She will be missed. Please accept my sincerest sympathy in your loss.
