Dear Family,

When I think of Helen, I recall as a girl at LaCroft Church, she was the only person brave enough to invite a family with six children over for Sunday Dinner!!

What special times when she and Willard had the Barrett’s over!!

She was always a very beautiful, kind and elegant lady. I remember your cadillac!! I remember Jeff playing the organ and playing for my wedding36 years ago.. and my brother Ron being wild about “Sis”!! Heaven will be a sweeter place with Helen there. My deepest sympathy to Willard, Jeff and Maureen.

Love, Shirley Barrett

How I wish I could be there with you

at this time. We could cry together

though Helen would not want us to cry—we could smile together at some of the fun times we shared—

and reminence over many wonderful

experiences. Willard, Jeff and “Sis” you have all been very

close and very special to me. As for Helen–I thank the Lord that He

allowed our paths to cross and that

she was my “friend”. I admired her

in so many ways–too many to enumerate–but she was a good wife

and mother and had a strong influence on all of you in making

you what you are today. Our loss

is Heaven’s gain! I am praying for

each one of you that God will be

with you and sustain you in a way no

one else can do. Read Isa 41:10

I love you all very much.
