As a sister of Faye I have several good memories of her especially when we were young and young marrieds and parents. I can remember when we were young teenagers we would hurry and get all of our cleaning done on Saturday and then we would get cleaned up and put our jeans on that were rolled half way up to our knees and we would go to town to see a Saturday matinee. Faye and Ken were our attendants when Frank and I were married on Christmas Eve, 1952. Later when I had children and had to be in the hospital at various times Faye and Ken were always available to keep my kids. Faye was a good Mother and she will be missed not only by her family but many others that knew her well.

Faye wasn’t just one of my volunteers here at The House of the Carpenter, she was one of my dearest friends. Everyday we shared stories, advice, and tons of laughs! Many chinese food lunches…they just won’t be the same without her. I miss her so much, as we all do. She was a blessing! So few good hearted folks like Faye around these days. A great loss to everyone who knew her. I love you Faye, and will always remember you foundly.

We will miss Faye very much. We will always remember the many tour trips we took. We have so many loving/good memories of Faye. Also the many breakfast as “Eat’N Park” we had w/her and Mary Clark several

times a year. It is going to be so sad for us when we meet w/Mary Clark for the next breakfast and Faye won’t be w/us. She was such a very dear friend.
