Hazel Dequine

Hazel Dequine, 88 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Saturday, October 8, 2011 at the Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia.
She was born September 16, 1923 in St. Clairsville, Ohio a daughter of the late Robert and Golda Abel Williams.
She was a homemaker and a Christian by faith.
In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Dequine on March 31, 1971, one grandson, Richard Tanley on March 23, 2002, two brothers, Harry and Robert Williams and four sisters, Helen Williams, Olive Poor, Leona Lyczak and Lorena Haaparro.
Surviving are her daughter, Polly Robert Everage of St. Clairsville, Ohio and Largo, Florida. Also three grandsons, Tim Tanley of Lena, Illinois, Aaron Tanley and Eric Tanley both of St. Clairsville, Ohio and twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

There will be no visitation. Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
