Hi, Jean and family

I’m so sorry for your loss. When I was there last week I thought he was doing ok and he was so happy he made it to his 82nd birthday. You know he was one of our favorite home health patients. He was always cheerful and never gave up. I hope you’re feeling better. Take care of yourself. I’m sorry I couldn’t make it to the calling hours. Diana
