I remember Harold as one of the top

Regulator men in the Wheeling District. My last contact was a golf game with Harold, Whitey Rogerson and Lee Merrinar and as usual Harold was up to his good game The three of us had dinner afterwards. I have very good memories and warm feelings of Harold.
