Gertrude A. Riggs

Riggs, Gertrude A., 89, of Moundsville, WV, died Friday, May 7, 2004, at home.
She was born August 8, 1914, in Sherrard, WV, a daughter of the late William and Millie Chambers Richmond. Gertrude was a retired employee of the former Fostoria Glass Co., Moundsville, and a member of the Temple Baptist Church, Moundsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Riggs; three brothers, Melvin R. P.
