Dear Karen,

You may not remember your old English 10 teacher from Bayside High School, but I certainly do remember my especially bright and kind student named Karen and her supportive parents. What a fine man your father was and always will be. Please know I send you and your family my sympathy in this time of loss. I hope you will take consolation in the assurance that this time of separation is only a temporary one, and even now your father is with you in spirit. Both for now and in the days ahead, I understand and share your sorrow.

Dear Margaret and Family, Joan and I are so sorry to learn that our good friend, Guy, died. I do flashbacks of the good days that we enjoyed our good times together, ice skating, swimming, summer sports, dancing at the pier in Old Orchard Beach. The good ol’ days. We had a lot of great laughs together during our growing up years. You and Guy raised and cared for a beautiful family. Our hearts go out to all of you. May Guy rest in peace.

Sincerely,

Charlie and Joan
