For a brief period, she outshone all the stars in the sky.Her memory will burn brightly within her friends as long as we are here. Godspeed Georgie.
From high school days to seeing you again when my children attended primary school. Your kindness, loving and caring ways touched us all. Your smile will continue to shine in our hearts. You will be deeply missed. Rest easy now.
Georgie left us so many wonderful memories and every time we look to the sky, we will see her sweet face and know she will shine as brightly from the heavens as she did on Earth…to know her was to love her….
Georgie made this world a brighter place…I don’t remember ever seeing her without a smile and she always had a kind word. Heaven has truly gained an angel.
Georgie was a work colleague and friend. My heart broke when I learned of her untimely passing. I will always remember her as a kind and gentle soul. That big beautiful smile and positive aura are going to be missed by all of us that knew and loved her.
Georgie was so special to me. I am still in shock, although I was well aware of her illness. She was, without a doubt one of the sweetiest and caring people I have ever known. I will miss sharing telescopic views with Georgie. She’s climbed my 8′ ladder to peer at the heavens through my telescope many nights. We had some great times together. Those times will always remain in my memory.
Georgie was truly the kindest, Godliest woman. She never had a bad word or thought for anyone. God bless her family and give them peace.
Georgie we will miss you so much. I’m gonna look up in the sky tonight and see you shining brightly.
Georgie–your sparkle, your smile will continue to shine forever and ever. Our prayers and thoughts are with Jeff, Connor, and Georgie’s family. Peace and love be with you. Love, Bob & Dole
I remember the first time we met. You welcomed me to Unijax with a brilliant smile, a convincing hand shake, and you stated…”if you need any help, ask me.” That encounter was short, memorable, and it was nearly 30 years ago …
We ran into each other for the last time while grocery shopping a few years ago. It was much different than the first time we met…as we greeted each other with a warm smile and a big hug! We hadn’t seen each other in 15 years and we stood and talked in length about our families, our work buddies, fun times, and astrology. Who knew it would be the last time we talked?
I will sorely miss you my friend…
Gerogie was one of the most beautiful people I have ever met. Her kindness and love for others out shined any star in the skies. You will always be in my heart GG. My deepest sympathy to her family and to all the knew and loved her.
GG, my dear friend, I miss you. I will always treasure the memories and you will live in my heart forever.
I am so sorry for your loss. Gorgeous Georgie is definitely missed, but the wonderful memories will always be remembered. The stars in the night sky will be a constant reminder of one of the friends I’ve made in my first few years at GRP.
I am so sorry for your loss. May you find peace and love during this time. Georgie always showed me kindness and love. She was an amazing soul who was always ready to laugh!! She will live on in all the hearts she touched…
I know that Georgie fought a hard battle but the battle is over. She is now resting in peace, smiling down on all. Prayers for all her family.
I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Mrs. June. I first met here when she volunteered to help in my classroom when Connor was in first grade. She was a very loving, caring and helpful parent. I enjoyed getting to know her while at Greenbrier Primary. She will be missed. I will continue to keep your family in my prayers. Connor, hold on to all of your special memories of your mom. With Sympathy, Cynthia Hankins
I will miss you Georgie. You were a very special part of my life for a couple years in the mid 80’s. Although we hadn’t spoken in almost thirty years the short time I had with you helped make me the man I am today.
If there was angel on earth it was you Georgie June♥ You blessed my children with your kindness and sweet smile. The memories of laughs and fun times our families had together will be in our hearts forever. We love you and we will be there for your boys♥ Rest in Peace sweet Georgie June.
It was an honor and privilege to know and work with this special lady. Her smile brightened every room and her love of life was endless. I truly believe that our Georgie is now among the stars she so dearly loved. RIP, my friend.
Jeff and Connor, I’m so sorry for your loss. Georgie was good soul and will be missed by all of us. RIP Georgie, It will never be goodbye it’s just until we all meet again.
Jeff I am so sorry to hear about your wife. I never had the opportunity to get to meet her but I have heard such nice things about her. I know you are going to miss her but she is no longer in pain and she’s now at peace. You and your son will now have your very own special angel to watch over the both of you. Take care my friend and I will see you soon.
May you find comfort in your fond memories of Georgie to help you through this difficult time. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
My first memory of Georgie was of that first night I attended the astronomy club. Her sparkle and enthusiasm attracted me immediately. That was her greatest attribute and why she was so honored, teased, and loved by all her astro buddies. She always had the right words and everything always cost “a dollar”! Every time I go out under the stars, I shall look for that “Georgie Galaxy” she liked so much. A fond farewell to a gracious lady and friend.
My friend my buddie I will miss you so much.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this so very sad time. I worked with Georgie at Unisource and it was a pleasure and privilege to be around her. She was a favorite of everyone. She was so special.
Our deepest sympathy goes out to the family. Georgie was such a wonderful friend. Just hearing her name made you smile. We will miss her fun and loving spirit. I worked with Georgie at Unijax.

Rebecca & I just heard of Georgie’s passing today, some three weeks after. We didn’t know her well, but we would see her twice a year or so at the East Coast Star Parties, where I can say I was always happy to see her. She was so pretty, outgoing, and friendly and, as one of the core members of the astronomy club, she always made us feel welcome. We’ll miss her. Please accept our condolences.
So sorry for your loss. Georgie had a smile that brightened so many lives.
So Sorry for your loss. She will be missed by many, but always in our hearts.
Thank you for being my neighbor and friend when I needed it terribly. Thank you for dragging me out to see Savannah when I was feeling sorry for myself… thanks for keeping the secret that Jeff actually tipped the bathing suit model at Adams to dance with me when all along I thought she liked me. I will NEVER forget you.
The stars do not shine as bright anymore…I will always remember her kind and thougtfull nature. She was a special person to many.
I will think of here often when I look at the heavens…
Truely one of the most wonderful people I have ever met. I know she will be missed terribly. Just look to the sky at night and search for the brightest star and know that it is Georgie smiling down on you.
When I think of Georgie I think of everything that is beautiful. Her smile, her heart, her attitude and her love for this beautiful world and beyond. I will think of her everytime I look at the night sky. My deepest sympathy to all of those who loved her. Shine bright Georgie Connor June…
