My condolences to the Cowen family at the passing of your father. I just found out this morning on-line. Sorry I can’t be there in person. He was probably the last of those rugged individuals who helped bring city water to Meisner’s Lane back “in the day”. If at all possible, perhaps Phil can stop by on his way back to Michigan for a brief meet. 614-475-8207

I had the very distinct privilege of being a high school student (electronics) 1962 – 1963 in one of Mr. Cowen’s classes. To this day I still use the skills taught to me by him. Theses skills were used in the military, Navel Oceanographic office, Westinghouse Under Seas, several fighter aircraft on their weapons systems at China Lake, CA and over seas at Oxford University, England
I have never want for a job, I truly owe my quality of life and my famlies to Mr. Cowen for his teachings. I’m so sorry that this Condolence took me so many years to finally be make its way into this Post.
God Speed Mr. Cowen
