Just wanted the family to know that we are thinking about you and hope that all the good memories of your father and the family’s brother are with you at this time of sorrow.
When we were young boys, we shared many good times in the country as neighbors in Walters. I will remember those good times fondly.
All of you take care and remember the good times.

He will surely be missed. He was an employer to me but much more he was my friend. No more pool games with the “grumpy old men” as he called his team.. Take care All

Our dear family,
My heart is broken with the loss of my dear brother, one who looked after us as children after our father passed away. He was very good to our mother all her life and was a great father and grandfather to his family..I dare say he ever let them down. His heart of gold and his personality was immeasurable. He loved life and people, his many hundreds of friends proved it. He will be missed greatly by us all. I will miss making his cucumber pickle every year.
God bless each of you, our dear family, and also to his many friends. God rest his soul..
Shirley Bryant
Our thoughts are with you.
To the Parker family,
We are sincerely sorry for your loss. Lucy,Adrian and I.
George and I go back a long time. I first met george the day he put his first cash tray in the register at the London Bridge Inn. George and I soon became good friends. George had a very magnetic personality. Everyone liked george! Except the motor cycle creeps that George and I threw out on one of the first Sunday pool touraments. George cleaned up the place and made it a nice place for couples to go and enjoy themselves without listening to profane language! George and I as well as other friends went to many races together for a lot of good times.
George was not only a good friend, he was a good listener when I confided in him about my partnership in Abners. He gave me sound advice and made me feel better about decisions I had to make to get my troublesome partner out of the store for good. He took the time to help me through those tough times.
I always felt that if George ever needed me for anything he knew he could call on me and I knew he knew I meant it without hesitation! I knew the felling was mutual.
Our thoughts are with you all, you have lost a good man, and we have lost one of the best friends I have ever had! Many thought we were brothers and when asked either one of us we both replied, “Yes, as a mater of fact we are!”.
Yours truly Parker to Parker.

When we lose our love ones, we miss them very much. For that reason, we can be encouraged by reflecting on the promises that God has given us thru his word the Bible, concerning the hope of seeing our love ones again. I hope that you find comfort in reading these scriptures. John 11:11-44, John 5:21, 28, 29 and Revelation 21:4. My prayers are with your family.
Sincerely,
Karen Cross
