Anita: I was sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Dear Anita;
I was so very sorry to hear about your Mother. I remember so many things that we shared throughout our childhood together in Neffs. I was not able to visit with you because Don and I were at our son’s wedding in the Bahamas. I would like for you to keep in touch if you can. I realize that you have a very busy life with your husband and daughter. I haven’t seen your Aunt Sybil for so long. I hope she is doing fine. I’m still teaching and of course that takes up so much of my time. Don and I bought another farm and hope to build a log home sometime within the next few years. He will be retiring soon after 32 years with the power company. Mom and Dad are doing fine and still travel alot. I hope I’m able to do half that much when I get to be their age. Karen lives in Flushing and teaches computers. Both of her boys are grown and doing fine. Her husband works for No.6 mine. John just got engaged and he will be making plans for a wedding. Carol his fiance and John just bought a farm near Jewett=Scio. They also hope to build a log home. They now live in Columbus.
Please accept our sympathy and love. Kathie and family
