Fred W. Fultz
Age 85
Fred W. Fultz, 85, formerly of 10th Street Ext., WellsvilleOhio died Thursday, March 25, 2004 at East Liverpool City Hospital following lengthy illness.
He was born in Hoult, West Virginia on November 30, 1918, a son of the late William and Lizzie McCloud Fultz.
Living his entire life in the area, Mr. Fultz retired from the Sterling China Company, where he was a kiln placer for 38 years. He served 3 years with the US Army, serving with the Medical Corp during World War II and he was a member of Grace Baptist Temple, where he served as a deacon.
His wife, Martha E. Sims Fultz, whom he married June 13, 1941, died October 5, 1993.
He is survived by a son, Lonnie A. Fultz of Mustang, OK; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Services will be held at the Wellsville Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Gaylord Cox of the church officiating.
Burial will follow in Columbiana County Memorial Park where the Tri State Burial Group will accord full military honors.
The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home in Wellsville on Monday, March 29, 2004 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
