Frances,
We pray for comfort in this time of difficult loss of your loving husband.
We take great comfort, as Christians, that one day, knowing we will see brother Frank again.
You are in our thoughts and prayers.
My brother and I just wanted to send our thoughts and prayers to you and your family. Daddy thought the world of Frankie and enjoyed all those times together they had at Va Power. If you need anything we are here for you.
My deepest sympathy.
I knew Frank through his brother John who was a member of The Wesleymen Bible Class. I kept up with John through him.
Hal Bonney, Wesleymen Teacher
Our hearts are broken having heard the news of Mr. Franks passing. He and Mrs. Francis treated us like family when we moved to Va. Mr. Frank would walk our son to school every morning. We never had to buy cookies he kept us well stocked. Even our lab stryder liked him better than us. Wonder why? We will miss his singing and his tarzan yell. He was very special, and we are truly blessed to have known him. May god bless him and his family . Our deepest condolences. With Love The Heusers Mike, Julie, Casey and Zachery.
Sorry that we were unable to attend Frankies memorial services. He was a great person to me in the work at VEPCO,VA Power. Both Carol and I have him and the family in our minds and prayers
