Frank Julian, son of the late Ross and Catherine Spadafora
Julian passed away at his home May 12th. Frank was born April 16, 1913 in Bellaire, Ohio and recently celebrated his 102nd birthday.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Catherine Ferrella Julian, his daughter-in-law, Rosellen Busack Julian, brothers, Joe and Dominic Julian, sisters, Sarah Carpino, Rose Terango and Mary DeManno.
Surviving is his son, Ross Julian of Yorkville, OH, daughters, Mary John Yurkovitch of Wheeling, Linda Ken Gill of Reynoldsburg, OH, grandchildren, Shawna Julian of Scottsdale, AZ, Natasha Dr. Roger Amigo of Dublin, OH, Ryan Lindsey Gill of Blacklick, OH, and Nicholas Claudia Gill of Brooklyn, NY, five great grandchildren, Bronson, Brielle, and Morgan Amigo, Katherine Gill, and Woodrow Gill.
Frank worked 46 years with Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel and a Mill-Wright at the 80 inch mill in Mingo. He retired in April of 1978. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church Shadyside. Frank was a devoted husband and loving father. He always wanted his children to have a better life than him.
Family and friends will be received Friday from 2pm-7pm at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3900 Central Avenue, Shadyside, Ohio. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be at 10am Saturday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Shadyside with FR. Samuel Saprano officiating.
Please join the family for a luncheon to celebrate his life at St. Mary’s Sartori Hall following the burial at Mt Calvary Cemetery Bellaire, OH.

I remember visiting your father when Uncle Dom and Aunt Ceil came home from D.C. Your Dad was always so kind and sweet to me. I know you will miss him. You have my deepest sympathy.
