RASZKIEWICZ, Frances, T. Wisniewski 91, of Wheeling died Saturday, July 1, 2006 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.
Frances spent her life as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and mother-in-law.
She was a former member of St. Ladislaus Church and St. Ladislaus Rosary Alter Society and a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Wheeling.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Raszkiewicz, her parents, Bernard and Frances Kaniewe Wisniewski, a daughter, Frances L. Prager, a grandson, Brian J. Eikey, brothers, Leonard Wayne, Lucian , Ben and Joseph
Wisniewski.
Surviving are four daughters, Veronica E. Eikey and her husband Rodney, Barbara J. Greene and her husband James, Anna Marie Raszkiewicz, and Michaeline L. Raszkiewicz, a son, John M. Raszkiewicz all of Wheeling, 14
grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, July 4 from 3 to 8 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Home, South Wheeling Chapel, 3828 Jacob Street, Wheeling. Funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00am at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Interment will be held in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.

Barb, So sorry to read of your loss. Every time I make potato salad, I think back to the holidays at the City Building. Just to let you know, my family loves your Mother’s potato salad recipe. Think of you often and would love to hear from you. My condolences to the rest of the family. I will remember you in my prayers.
