FRANCES M. ZUCCARELLO, 94, of Raleigh, NC formerly of Bellaire, OH, died Tuesday, August 26, 2008 in Lawndale Manor in Garner, NC.

She was born August 5, 1914 in Bridgeport, OH, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Laura Parker Gould Brooks.

Frances was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church, Bellaire.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Charles P. Zuccarello on September 3, 1982, 2 sisters; Charlotte Robson, Betty Linch, and 2 brothers; Paul and Jack Brooks.

Surviving is her daughter, Betsy Jo Freeman and her husband Ralph of Raleigh, NC, 3 grandchildren; Jebb Freeman and Rhonda Kuhlman of Napoleon, OH, Christopher Freeman and his wife Lynn of Dodgeville, WI, Joshua Freeman and his wife Courtney of Clayton, NC, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Saturday, August 30 from 12:00 until time of services at 2:00pm with Rev. Rick Hendrix officiating at the Bauknecht Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 441-37th St., Bellaire.

Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist church, Bellaire.

Betsy, I graduated a year behind you from BHS. I was searching for a friend’s obituary and saw your mother’s. Just saying hello and wishing you well in this sad time.
