RODOCKER, Frances Dorothy Tominack, 81, of Mozart, Wheeling WV, died Saturday, August 1, 2009 at Wheeling Hospital. Born in Triadelphia WV on January 5, 1928, Frances graduated from Wellsburg High School and the Wheeling Hospital School of Nursing. She served more than 40 years as a Nurse and Nursing Supervisor at Wheeling Hospital. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church where she belonged to the Rosary Altar Society. In later years, she contributed her time and energy as a volunteer at the Soup Kitchen of Greater Wheeling.
Frances was a devoted wife, cherished mother and beloved grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Molly Tominack of Windsor Heights; her granddaughter, Tara Heather Rodocker; her brother, Joseph Tominack and sister, Helen Tominack.
Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Robert Rodocker; her sons,
Stephen Rodocker, Scott Rodocker Becky Shilling-Rodocker all of Wheeling, Chris Rodocker Roberta of Pittsburgh PA; her daughter in law, Carla Heil Rodocker of Shadyside OH; her grandchildren, Steve, Caitlin, Shilling, Sarah Frances and Lewis; her sister, Virginia Guzzetta Dominic “Babe” of Weirton WV; two brothers, Ivan Tominack Shirley and Louis Tominack Rose of Indian Head MD; her sister in law, Kathleen Tominack of Indian Head, MD; 21 nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 154 Kruger St. Elm Grove, on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Vigil service will be held at 7:30 pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Noon on Wednesday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Mt Olivet. Interment will follow at Halcyon Hills Memorial Park, Sherrard WV. Memorial contributions may be made to Soup Kitchen of Greater Wheeling, P.O. Box 546, Wheeling WV 26003. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at altmeyer.com.

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Aunt Frances had a wonderful spirit and a loving heart. She loved her family. She will be missed but she has left behind a loving legacy within her family. She is now in heaven bickering with Uncle Joe and laughing with the rest of her loved ones who were there to greet her.
