Aunt Doris, Danny & Debbie, My deepest condolences to your family. It hurts my heart to hear of Uncle Ernie’s passing but know that he is at peace now smiling down on everyone. Even though I don’t get to see all of you as much as I wish I could, my love, thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Doris and family,

Brother Ernie was a very special Christian friend to our family. We wanted to let you know that we love you. You are in our prayers. Brother Ernie serviced our heating/air unit at four different homes. His work was always excellent. No one can replace him. Our comfort is that he is now with the Lord Jesus Christ. Love, Jill Gibbs and family

I just wanted to add blessings to the many already expressed. Ernie was a true classic, genuine and kind. Heaven will most certainly be richer for his addition. Love and comfort to you Doris in this time from us here in Durham.

I will miss my friend Ernie, his spirit, and his stories. He was a friend of 35 plus years. His love of the Lord and of the God’s people was very sweet and apparent. We loved him and will miss him.

For his family I grieve because I know you will miss him. And because I know he’s with Jesus, I rejoice.

Rather than say good bye, I’ll just say – I will see you when I get there brother Ernie!

So sorry to hear of Ernie’s passing. Our condolences to the family. Please know that our prayers are with you.

I regret that I did not get to visit him at the VA Med Cntr as I had hoped. Still, I hope he knows how he touched the lives of so many people. He serviced the HVAC system at my home for probably 20 years or so and from the many conversations we had, I know that he was a man of integrity and a devout brother in Christ.

RIP Ernie. We will meet again.
