Eugene and Jackie

I was raised by Betty Fox and I have met both of you at one time or another. I am so sorry to hear about Elsie. Just this past summer while I was visiting Betty, she and I took a trip to visit with Elsie. She was pleasant as ever and doing well. As a young girl, I delivered the newspaper to Elsie when she lived on the corner of Marshall and 5th streets in McMechen. I also remember her working in the city building when I would go to pay the water bill for my mom or a neighbor.Elsie always found time to talk to me. Later when she moved next to Betty and Gail she would always ask about my parents and often she, Betty and I would play cards. By the way my own mother died on 8/28/95. This special day must be reserved for all the good people. Just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you at this difficult time. My deepest sympathy to both of you.

Respectfully

Joyce Beeman Medovic
