Egidio L. Carpico, age 69 of Bloomingdale, OH passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2003 at his home.

Born September 3, 1934 in Mingo Junction, he is a son of the late Lorenzo and Elisabeth DiFolco Carpico. He is retired from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp, A veteran of the United States Army, A member of the Big Band 200 Club dance club of Wheeling, and a member of Wheeling Elks Lodge #28.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother Ernest Carpico.

He is survived by his wife Cynthia Pawlowski Carpico of the home. Four sons, Joseph Carpico and his wife Trish of Los Angeles, CA, Lawrence Carpico and his wife Bronwynne of Pittsburgh, PA, John Carpico and his wife Susan of Columbus, OH, and Peter Carpico and his wife Stephanie of Canton, OH. Six Grandchildren, Marisa, Cait, Darden, Elisabeth, Anthony, Hayley. Two brothers, Baci Carpico of Mingo Junction, OH, and Ben Carpico of Belmont, OH.

A memorial Mass will be held on Friday, January 2, 2004 at 10:00A.M. at St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Richmond. There will be no viewing. Memorial contributions in Egidio

Carp was a good man…and a good friend on mine. He touched many lives…of those who are sick… since he has been sick. I’m sure you have many good memories of him. I pray that you find some comfort.
