Edward N. Good, 80, of Bellaire, Ohio died Thursday May 22, 2008 at Wheeling Hospital.

Ed was born January 2, 1928 in Shadyside, Ohio.

He was retired from Conrail, a member of the South Bellaire United Methodist Church, Ionic Lodge #438 F& AM Bellaire, Ohio, Scottish Rite, Valley of Steubenville, Osiris Shrine, Order of Eastern Star Chapter #581 Shadyside, Ohio, White Shrine of Jerusalem Holy City, the United Transportation Union UTU and an Army Veteran of the Korean War.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Dawn Galbraith Good whom he married on August 14, 1948, his Mother, Verda Tharp Good Jeffers, his grandmother, Cora Good, by whom he was raised.

Surviving are his children, Wanda Jim Craig of Bellaire, Bernie Cathy Good of Bellaire, and Ed Dianne Good of Shadyside.
Five sisters, Gloria Hartung of Shadyside, Priscilla John Pintarich of Bellaire, Lois Bud LaRoche of Bellaire, Verda Pete Pintarich of Bridgeport and Rose Tom Thompson of St. Clairsville.

Six grandchildren, Crystal Craig Tim O’Connor, Michael Craig, Brian Good, Ed Mark Good, Emily Good and Austin Good, Two great granddaughters, Heather Good and Abigail O’Connor, several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received Saturday 2-8p.m. at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory 441 37th Street Bellaire, Ohio where funeral services will be held 2p.m. Sunday with Reverend Ray Benesh officiating.

Interment in Greenwood Cemetery Bellaire, Ohio.

Masonic Services 7p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Neffs Fire Department.

I am very sorry in Eds passing, we worked together for many years on the railroad and were good friends.
