Norfolk – Edna May Bagnall Fulgham, 78, died December 29, 2001 in DePaul Hospital after a third battle with pneumonia.
Mrs. Fulgham was born in Long Island, NY, but lived in Norfolk for the past 49 years, calling this her home. She was a loving wife and mother. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Thomas E. Fulgham. She was a member of Ocean View Presbyterian Church, the J.O.Y. Bible class, Circle 2 and had previously been a member of the Lenox Garden Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Fulgham Culpepper and her husband Robert of Chesapeake; a son Timothy Edward Fulgham and his wife Eugenia of Yorktown; two granddaughters, Lisa Fulgham and Michelle F. Shultz and her husband Kenny; four great-grandchildren: a sister-in-law, Delma Gimbert; a care giver, Chris Hayes; and many other relatives and friends.
The Family will receive friends on Tuesday Jan.1, 2002 from 7-8:30 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach. A graveside service will be conducted by Rev. Arthur F. Jensen at 11:00 am Wednesday Jan 2, at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
