I did not personnally know Chief Doyle K. Steen but I served in RivRon 13 aboard the monitor M-131 in 1968 as a Radioman 2nd class. My thoughts and prayers are with his family as I salute another ‘brother’ that goes before me but with certain assurance we will all meet again. May God Bless Chief Steen’s family and the USA.
