Dorothy E. Dottie Quinn, 90, of Johnet Drive, St. Clairsville, Ohio, died Tuesday, January 6, 2009.
She was born November 12, 1918 at Dennison, Ohio, a daughter of the late George and Margaret Connor Hartman.
She was a former executive secretary for the Community Action Commission, a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clairsville, the Catholic Daughters of America and several Bridge Clubs.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
Dottie is survivied by her husband, James Jim Quinn, two daughters; Janice and her husband Howard Hoffman and Margaret Maggieand her husband Jeff Anderle and her son, James and his wife Pam Quinn, five grandchildren; Sarah Hoffman, James , Matt, and Abe Quinn, Josh Anderle and her great-granddaughter, Hannah Quinn.
Friends will be received from 3-7 PM, Thursday, January 8, 2009, at the Beck-Altmeyer funeral Home & Crematory, 204 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, ohio 43950, where a vigil service will be held at 4 PM.
A Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held Friday at 10 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clairsville, with Fr. Thomas Chillog the celebrant. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clairsville.

Dear Jim and Family, so difficult to say goodbye. Dottie will be missed by so many friends and relatives. Now she is in a peaceful place with loved ones that have gone before.
